Children's discounts
The following reductions apply for children travelling with two or more full-paying adults:
- Children up to 3 years 100% reduction
- Children from 4 to 6 years 50% reduction
- Children from 6 to 15 years 20% reduction
Cancellation conditions
If you are unable to start your holiday with us, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date we charge 40% of the total price.
- Up to 1 week before the arrival date we charge 70% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the holiday will be charged.
When booking, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. This can be taken out directly with each booking or here.

Visitor's tax
The visitor's tax is € 2,00 per person and night from the age of 15.
